A Scout led Troop lives and dies with the PLC.  Success can be found when the young leaders of the Patrol Leaders Council are well coached.  Scoutmasters are the coaches of the PLC and in order for them to be a high performance team they need to be allowed to plan and work their plan.. they need to be given responsibility and they need to be allowed to do it on their own.
