An Hour A Week?

Cubmaster Chris is the host of our flag ship show, An Hour A Week? Podcast. He is currently Cubmaster for Pack 158 in Cedar Park, Texas and has been in this position since 2002. Chris has been on his District training staff and taught New Leader Essentials and Cubmaster Specific training. He has also taught at his most recent Council Pow-Wow and was on the planning committee for the same event.

Chris started his show, An Hour A Week? Podcast, in January 2005 as a response to discussions with other Leaders about the ?meeting after the meeting?. The meeting that usually happens in parking lots after Roundtables, Pack and Den Meetings, or Leader Meetings.

The Leader’s Campfire

The Leader’s Campfire is a weekly show hosted by Scouters talking about topics relevant to today’s leaders, including Leave No Trace, ADD/ADHD in Scouting, and Scout Discipline.

We also do bi-weekly feedback shows where we talk about the e-mails, forum posts and phone calls from you, our awesome listeners!

Melrose Scouting Productions Podcast features Scouting related videos. This collection includes videos by the Boy Scouts and leaders of Troop 68 filmed during the last twenty-five years, and includes campfire songs and skits. This is also the home of Buttons, the radical Boy Scout, who shares his thoughts about that great adventure we call Scouting.
