Chris, on the training reports. There isn't anything that we as volunteers can log in and access, but you can get council personnel to print you off a report of trained and untrained leaders for the district (or for a specific unit). I don't know if it is so customizable that you can get a listing of registered leaders in your district who haven't had a specific training course, but it might be. Ask your District Training Chair about it, or if you don't have one of those, talk to your DE or DD.
