Thanks so much for getting this up so fast.
On training: we found out this week that our district training person will NOT be doing any "cubby" (hate this term) training until the fall. As you know we started last Oct. and have not as of yet had the OWL or BALOO training. We want to go camping this summer. When asked about this the training chair basically said oh well. So I got mad and started looking into other districts that are close to us. I have (as of this post) worked out OWL that is in May. BALOO, I am still working on this one. I really think that it is sad that we have to fight to get what we need in training and how sad that I have to go to another district? Ok done with rant. LOL

Thanks for reading my B&G letter. Your comments were great and helpful. Now that it is behind me Now I am looking forward to planning our Advancement banquet in May. You should know now that I may be asking for ideas and just general calm me down moments. LOL Just kidding.
