Generally, Unit Commissioners serve three different units and are assigned by your District Commissioner.  If your unit doesn't have a Unit Commissioner, check with your District Commissioner or District Executive.  The Commissioner team is registered with the district, so a Unit Commissioner would not show up on your unit's recharter info.
