There is a NEW YPT on line… in it there is a NEW reporting policy…. could be very important to camp staff……

Is it specific to Camp Staff?
I logged in to MyScouting and all I saw was the same YPT I already took, and was marked as completed. I did not take it again to see if it was the same content or not.
How is it listed in MyScouting, so we know it if we see it?

the new YPT just went on line the first of the month…

it is for all, not just camp staff… the big change is that you are to reprot to the authorize first and than call SE..

Hmm, like I said, I don't see anything new listed for me on MyScouting. I took it shortly after they made it mandatory for rechartering/registering on June 1 last year. I have not seen anything new as of June 1 this year, other than your post.
Reporting to authorities first sounds familiar. I'm going to just retake the YPT that is listed for me that I already have credit for just to see if they changed something there.

I think the training has been to report to the authorities and the Scout Executive, at least since they changed the YPT training course about 1 year ago.
