This one's pretty straightforward. I'd like you to be as specific as possible.
Thanks

My 2011 Scouting Resolutions:
As Cubmaster I resolve to:
- cram as much fun as I possibly can into every Pack meeting
- have at least one skit or song in each Pack meeting
- support the Den Leaders with better organized information and more timely communication
- double the number of service projects we do as a pack
As the Parent of a Cub Scout I resolve to:
- spend the time in his den meetings working with him and not get caught up in "helping" run the meeting
- work with his Den Leader to make an exciting year of outings and event we haven't done before.
- go to Day Camp and Resident Camp with him.
As the Parent of a Daisy Scout I resolve to
- show her that her Troop has as much fun as she has seen at her brother's Cub Scout meetings
- learn more about how Girl Scout programs work
- take the entire troop on a hike
- not eat all the cookies I buy
As the Spouse of a Daisy Troop Leader I resolve to:
- Help out with Troop meetings as often as needed
- prepare a Leave No Trace/Geocaching outing for the Troop
As a Scouter I resolve to:
- attend a Wood Badge course and keep most of my ticket items related to the Pack.
- complete 100 Days of Scouting (http://100daysofscouting.blogspot.com/), starting on Feb. 8th
- find a way to help within my District
- attend the Strictly for Cubmasters course at Philmont Training Center and bring back at least three ideas I can implement in the Pack before the end of the year.
There. I think that covers all my scouting related resolutions.

Well, a month ago I would have said my resolution is to find someone to take over my pack positions before we move into boy scouting (my son's a WebII, probably going to cross over in March).
- Pack Secretary
- Pack Newsletter Editor
- Pack Summertime Chair
- Pack Scoutmanage assistant / calendar keeper-upper
I think I've got someone for one of these. But, now, our pack is also down a committee chair, popcorn chair, and camping chair. So my new resolution is to help the pack have a functioning committee by the time we cross over. I had a meeting with our ADC last week (our UC also stepped down last month).

Attend WOODBADGE in the fall – counting on a scholarship from our CO (VFW)
With the help of CO engage the Troop in more SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES -big and small
100 Days of Scouting – PART DEUX!
Grow the Troop – and grow… and grow…
Find an ASM at least half as committed as I am :)
Graduate from Webelos to Boy Scout for my PTC comment status ;)

Stop drinking on campouts…
Only allow 10 scouts instead of 15 in the back of my open-boxed truck…
Fixed blade knives for everyone…
Weekly paintball trips…
Switching from lantern fuel to gasoline for fires (A Scout is Thrifty)…

@Shawn:
I will go with you when you Paintball. We can drink then as we throw knives into logs that are in the fire. No Scouts….
