I am torn because I think that every year has good points and I like that they build on each other. I will say that I really like the Tigers b/c everything is new to them and they love coming to scouting events so they can show everyone what they did this month.
Webelos would be my next choice b/c they can do so much more and yet have so much yet to learn. I love going camping with these guys. They get to see what it like with out their parents. They learn so so much.

I love Webelos!!! It's when they get to "grow up" and get to dip their toes on the Boy Scout pond. The program is more focused on the pins rather than the general (and very repetitive) activities of the other levels. Oh, and the bling!!!!! There's so much that you can do with a group of Webelos!!

I like the Webelos program, but how do you make it fun and exciting without having them read, or having you read, or just engage in discussions about some of the pins is the question that I'm wrestling with right now.

I'd have to go with Webelos. We spent a large amount of time in practical settings and outdoors where they were learning by doing. Plus I'm not a huge fan of crafts.
