I feel I have not been very scouting of late. 

The PTC forums are a fun place where people can learn and share ideas about scouting for the benifit of the young people. 

I have made a couple of posts that were suppose to be about increasing my understanding of scouting around the globe and in the end I have applied my own agenda to them. 

As Scout is a member of the world wide family of scouting and as such should respect other members of that family. 

I often forget that humor is so very difficult to portray in the written word even with a :)

So I offer to all member of the Forum my sincere apologies for any misrepresentation, discourtesy or ill feeling that I may have cause with any of my posts.
