Okay, I'll give this a shot. I currently use a great website that is FREE that tracks food, exercise, etc. It is http://www.sparkpeople.com. You set up a home page and go from there. I can set up a private team for us PTC Media folks and we can have challenges and support there. It really is a great resource.
