Hello everyone,

I have to tell you all that I found something a month ago that I had lost about 20 or so years ago. MY SCOUT SPIRIT!! Back in February, my oldest son crossed over. My wife did a fantastic job with her 6 boys that she brought from Bear all the way through. And then all of the sudden I realized that MY son, was now a Boy Scout. See, I'm a 2nd generation Eagle Scout. For the last 11 years, every time a new Eagle Letter reaches my mailbox, my father calls me and says, "I can't wait until I have a picture with all of my boys showing 3rd generation Eagles". I can't wait either! My son loved cub scouts, and is loving boy scouts so far. I will be serving on the Troop committee in some fashion or another, as well as being active with our council's NESA committee too. I loved scouting when I was a child, and I look forward to trying to give our boys and others an experience that they will remember along their road to eagle.
