@ Scouter Doug:
There is not in my knowledge of Woodbadge a Cubscout vs Boyscout v Venture v Seascout training aspect. There used to be a seperate Woodbadge for Cubscouts & Boyscouts.
Here is a blog post about my Woodbadge experince & ticket: http://talesfromacubmaster.blo…..rince.html
Since I am not in a Troop, but a Pack, I can only relate in that manner.
The two ways that have affected at the Pack level are with the Boys and Committee.
I tasked myself to become a better Cubmaster (singing, ceremonies, etc) and improving how the Pack operates. I essentially became the Pack Trainer and implimented Packmaster. I also used several themes learned at Woodbadge to help guide the Committee in what I had learned. The Committee is very young. Most of them are in their first year. I am in my second year, but really learned a lot about BSA, Council, District and the world of Scouting this year after Woodbadge.
Woodbadge gave me the tools and even more so the resources and network to get & do what I need in the Pack.
Woodbadge also provided me a program to impliment within the Pack as well. We started the 100 Years of Celebration Patch, Leave No Trace. These two programs led a lot of the boys to attain many awards/badges that they might not have completed nor be known to myself.
After my completion of Woodbadge and getting beaded, I have created another set of goals for next year.

I am very grateful that I was dumb enough to sign up for Woodbadge without knowing what it was and as a Tiger Den Leader who just became the Cubmaster. I thought it was a large roundtable type meeting with camping thrown in. Woodbadge allowed me to understand planning programs and getting people motivated to "Do their Best."
If your COR is offering to pay for it. DO IT! I found more resources and made more friends through it. It all pays off in the end.
So, overall, Woodbadge affects everyone in any type of Unit since you deploy what you learn in Woodbadge to all!
