Am I right in thinking that in cubs the proficiency achievements are awarded as Pin.
As a collector of Pins this is very interesting, is there anyone out there who might like to do some trading

What are "proficiency achievements"?
Our Sports & Academics program has pins as an extension of the belt loop program and they ARE pretty cool. It that sorta what you are talking about?? If so, I might be able to hook you up!!

There's also the Webelos activity "badges" which are actually pins that the 4th and 5th grade boys earn. Other than those I can't think of anything.
(Well, there's the non-uniform parents' pins of each rank badge too I guess.)
