Last year my son completed the Parvuli Dei award.  Technically he completed as a Bear but due to the timing of when we submitted the paperwork he was a Webelos when it was awarded. Our Pack is now preparing to order the materials for this years candidates. I'm trying to determine whether it will be worth it for him to complete again as from what I understand it is the same book, requirements, etc. For the Roman Catholic faith they offer "Light of Christ" for Tigers and Wolves and "Parvuli Dei" for Bears and Webelos.

Do you and/or he think he will get something else out of it?  If so, it may be worth it.  If you have seen some spiritual growth since he went through it last year, it might be interesting to see what he comes away with this time.  Maybe you and he go through it again, but have some in depth conversations about what you are discussing. Ask your son if he wants to repeat and let his response (verbal and non) be your guide.
