ok was not sure where to put this…..

My husband was at SM/ ASM/ IOLS this weekend and they told him that
there is two guides to safe scouting one for Cub Scouts and one for Boy
Scouts. I don't get it. I know that Boy Scouts can do a lot more on
their own then Cub Scouts but isn't there just one GTSS? I have only found one on the national website.

What started all of this is that our Scoutmaster doesn't communicate
very well and he moved the meetings without telling the ASM or CC. He
said that it was ok because he had 3 boys with him so two deep
leadership was not needed.

I need some help here Boy Scout leaders….. any advice? Isn't that against YP? Very flustered!
