Thanks, I have been listening to other podcasts from this site. I listened to some of the podcasts and finished all the old ones that I could download via iTunes. Their are some fantastic ideas on here. Even if a topic is only a refresher for me it's still great.

I have been a leader in Cub Scouts going on my fifth year and starting my third or fourth as Cub Master. No, it's not senility that I can't remember how long as a Cub Master, it's just been that much fun.

I use the podcasts when working out on the treadmill or outside on the trails exercising, and also in the car.
