In Show 48 I talk a little about an amazing weekend I recently spent with the Assistant Scoutmasters of my Troop.

A Camp out spent on majestic Mt. Hood, with great friends.  We learned a lot this weekend, and this show recaps the highlights of the weekend.

Some good winter camping tips as well as lessons learned and a discussion on moving the Troop forward.
