Wow! I can't wait to listen to this show. It's going to be great!
It might just be me, but I only see the first part in the RSS feed. As a result, only part one is downloading to my iTunes. But per the show's page on PTC, there are two parts. Will the second episode be posted to the RSS feed?
This is the RSS feed I'm using for iTunes:

Thanks!

Wow what a great podcast! I listened to both shows last night and I must say that I am in the same boat, sorta! I am in an established Troop, but we are moving back to a "boy lead" troop and sometimes I feel that we are starting as a new unit.
The more I listen to Jerry and also this show the more I am interested in becoming a backpacking troop. I think you hit the nail on the head when you said "you can car camp with a backpack but you can't backpack with a car!" That just make so much sense. Do you Jerry have a list of items that I could give to my boys and let them start building their supply of items needed for backpacking? I have seen a few on-line but if I was to throw in a kitchen sink I would have the whole scout hut! I need to go back and listen to some of the earlier shows where you discuss what's in your pack and just go from there. Any help (tips or tricks) would be great!
Keep up thte good work and I look forward to the next adventure…

I will plug my troop's website, http://www.troop1363.com and on the front page, I have a short list of items and recommendations. I will also add a file that you can download…it's on the public downloads page…
