Shawn,
Is there a reason I can't find this episode on iTunes? (My iTunes stops after "update on Episode 14″)

Hi Shawn,
I think this was an outstanding episode. Along with being a great episode to listen to, this one would be good for anyone who is having issues in their unit. So often the cause is untrained leaders. So often the fix is someone who is willing to work hard for their unit, and surround themselves with trained leaders. It was great to hear how your unit turned around and returned to health. I'm sure many would be encouraged by hearing this. Thank you for being willing to share this.
In Scouting,
